I've seen references to the coaches having specific carbs, but I've searched and found no real, definitive answer.

Do our coaches have specific carbs? If so, what makes them coach-specific? Are they set up like a marine carb? i.e. a bit fat since they're under load most of the time?

I'd prefer to run an Edelbrock or Holley vs a quadrajunk. I have a nice, rebuilt Eddy 600cfm the PO had installed on my jetboat when I bought it last year. BIG no-no having an automotive carb in an enclosed bilge, plus a Ford 429 needs a bit more than 600cfm. Have an Eddy Marine 750cfm on it now (marginal for the 429 but it was a smokin' deal), would be more than happy to throw it on the coach if beneficial and pick up a Holley 850 for the boat.
