Oh yes I know from helping my neighbor
My neighbor is not one to "rock the boat" I hauled his butt up to VA as he thought VA was not of any help.
He bought in the the local BS from some of his friends? at the local bar.
He has given up on going to the local bar
Good news.
My brother in law on the other hand will not give up until he gets an answer.
He " Mad Dogs" them being very polite.
NO is not the answer he takes well!
