Please forgive as I beat on this dead horse a little more.
I am trying to get my opening ready as I wait delivery.
Specs show 52 7/8 height, which appears that I will need to trip the top approx half inch. no big deal.
Width appears to be maybe one inch narrower. No big deal since sheet rock is cheep and easy to work with.
Depth is where I am having a "what tha" moment. Specs say 24 inches deep. I measure my old area where I assume top of fridge to be, it is 23 inches. No big deal I think, I will just remove the poor shape ply that is there and see what that gives me.
Now I measure from where I expect top of fridge back the 24 inches. Puts me on the aluminum frame piece that supports the cable run there. So then I am wondering, if others who installed this fridge had fit issues. I have seen Carls work (pics), great work, but my brain dead self just either forgot how to use a tape, or ?
Next I wonder if I just need to add tri pieces and bring fridge into room by maybe a couple inches for room for clearnace and baffles. To me all appears very dooable except top 6 inches or so.
Any input is appreciated, just bair in mind I do better with simple pics, and smaller words.
