I'm sure that at least a few of you have been following my posts about my furnace. After replacing the house battery the furnace fired up normally but only once. Since then when I turn up the thermostat and nothing happens. I wiggle the plug that connects the furnace and it begins to run. The fan blows but nothing else, no clicks, no spark, no warm air. I've cleaned the corrosion off the plug again and again but the same thing happens. Even if there were no problem with the plug I think there is still another issue. The red wire has the required 12-13 volts and the yellow wire is grounded.
Anyone have an idea that I haven't thought of? Fortunately it's happening at the right time a year. The evening temps are in the high 60's.
I hate my furnace.
