Just had the belts replaced on my 73 after they broke and ended up winding around the power steering pump. Power steering pump replaced as well. When we went to pick it up from the place we had the work done, she started up and ran wonderfully. (This place works on many GMCs) Went outside the coach to remove the power cord to get ready to head out and saw a puddle of coolant coming from the coach.

Uh oh.

Shut her off and climbed underneath to check to see where it was coming from. Was not coming from any of the hoses that I could see. Is it possible when the belt broke it jerked something else out of line and damaged a gasket? The leak seemed to be very slow but very consistent. It stopped when the engine stopped. Water pump?

Going back tomorrow to work with the mechanic to see if we can figure it out together. I hope this won't end up costing me too much. Sad Any ideas from the peanut gallery?

Thanks as always!
