Does anyone have the procedures to replace the cockpit window channel rubber sleeves on the coach?

We bought the replacement rubber channels from the coop at the Dothan rally and I haven't been able to locate the instructions for replacement. I think Arch had a write up on it but I haven't been able to find it.

Can anyone help?
