Got this through my employer.

Below is a recall notice for LP tanks that are typically used in barbecue grills and potentially forklifts. These tanks are up to 25 lb cylinders that were available for purchase at common outlets such as Sears, Home Depot, or Lowes. If you have any of these cylinders, you will wish to immediately cease use of the cylinder and contact the supplier. The link below provides pictures of the cylinders and instructions.

They are composite cylinders. Employees will wish to look for a fiberglass tank with a metal outer holder. These cylinders have not been recalled yet by the Consumer Product Safety Commission when I searched.
