A file with the Honda ev4010 mounting plate is now posted on Billy's site, under manuals section. Printed on a large format printer, it should print full scale. Honda recommends 20 gauge steel plate for material.
I would recommend getting two prints, one to cut out and trial fit. On the ev6010 pattern, you can move the generator away from the back wall by one inch, and the wall toward the driver can be increased by an inch away from the wall. This should increase cooling air flow. Adding a inch to the plate is trivial.
