Mickey,
None of the "big" appliance companies like Whirlpool make these countertop dishwashers. Usually they are listed under brands like EdgeStar, Sunpentown (SPT), Danby, or Haier. The one shown in the photo could be any of those brands - there are just a handful of models and they all look like they are made in the same factory.
I've been looking for one for a while on Craigslist. Here's what I put in the search box: (compact|countertop|rv) dishwasher.
