I took the carb off today to clean a sticky float. I looked for the crack that everyone speaks about and sure enough, there is a crack between the secondaries. It is a hairline crack that goes from top to bottom.
What else should I look for to see if this is a problem? It ran well except for the flooding problem. Looks like the PO did not put the spring in the filter so it was just rattling around not filtering anything.
