I bought a 20 pound item off of the Internet on 3/29/2013. The tracking number says UPS scanned it on 4/30/2013 at 1:14 AM in Cerritos, California. They go on to say also say that their projected delivery in Indiana (near Chicago) will be by end of day on 4/11/2013.

If I calculate it correctly that is 13 days.

I had no choice on the carrier as the shipping was free (hidden in the price). Why is it I get things here in 4 or 5 days from China and 13 days from Kalifornia?

If it absolutely, positively has to be there someday, then this is the carrier for you.
