I do not find any leaks, yet I dont feel I get much better gas mileage than listed on earlier post.

Is there any short , easy to understand and perform test for dizzy and carb which would say not prove it is brand new, but would make one believe it is performing properly .

Also related to vacuum gauge, is there any number at start up with choke on, and with choke off that would imply all is good?
