Since I've been working on the plumbing I keep finding tools. last week I found a fairly new US made small vice grip. Today, while replacing the temp controller in the hot water heater, I happened to look between the bathroom wall and the wheel well and spotted a couple wrenches. My long magnet stick pulled them right out. Two 12" US made crescent wrenches.

Also INSIDE the hot water heater (by the heating element) was a 9/16 Thorsen socket.

Doesn't make up for all the leaks but better to find tools than find more leaks. Laughing
