Hi Ya'll,

It's been a while. Life circumstances may compel me to give up on the Revcon. A friend is interested but he has a vision for a more modern drive train.

I think I've read every variation of drive train discussion and i think the consensus remains that OEM is about as good as it gets.

But.......

Given that the Revcon is about 2500 lb lighter than a GMC, are there any alternative FWD drive trains out there that might pull four tons?

He wants something more modern and more friendly to a contemorary mechanic.
