When last we visited my Junekrac, the starter bracket was broken.  And Generac considers the bracket and starter as one.  $123 was the cheeepest I could find one.  So I bought a little Chicago electric AC/DC stick burner for a hundred off Craigslist, the deal sweetner being the helmet and lleftover rods.  And welded the bracket back together.  It reminded me, welding is another of the things I'm not very good at, so no pictures of the results.  But, bak on the genset and a set of jumpers and it spins over happily.  So back in the GMC in went... still against my better judgement.  Tookk several hours, but bolted and connected, primed i up, spun it and away ot went.  Happy generator.  Very happy generator.  So happy in fact whe I hit the stop button it kept rigth on going.  I hadda stop it with the choke.  I have the manual, so tomorrow or next week, I will figure what's happening and make it quit.  The only bright spot about the dam' thing
is, one person really can get it in and out of the generator bay on the coach.  My Onan no way.
