Lots of questions here, and it's the first time I could not find some reliable information from "Googling" it.

I didn't have any dye for Duracool, so I vacuumed the system. It held vacuum overnight. So I charged it with R134 with dye.

It worked fine. Then the coach sat for about a week.

The front of my compressor is leaking enough to leave a nice, 6" spot on the ground that lights up very nicely under UV light.

So, I have a compressor leak.

Questions are:

1. I have another compressor on the parts coach. Is it worth trying it, or since it's been sitting for a while not charged, should I just forget about it?

2. Is this a mens mall item?

3. I see some reference to replacement with a Sanden unit. Experience?

Thanks.
