The ad is for $4500. This coach easily has more then that in parts, and such that are pretty recent.
for sure within the past few years:
new gas/electric fridge
new 4 bag harrison suspension
new front tires. 16" tires mounted on 16" steel rims
brakes have all been done
bearings, cv boots and bearings have been checked over.
front end has been fixed up(ball joints, steering box)
new pins/bushing in rear when harrison suspention installed
new water pump, radiator replaced($600), hoses.
pretty new roof A/C unit
Nice driving, runs well coach. any issues is pretty much cosmetic. He drove this thing 100 miles or so round trip just to let me take some pictures and look it over. He also seems to think the fuel mileage is not too bad. He has driven it all over the midwest.
It even has an awning. not a zipdee. but still an awning.
pictures should show the cosmetic issues. just some caulk, and some paint fade for sure. windows look all good, bumpers are good. no damage anywhere. interior floor seems good.
has a full bed in back. bathroom is in original shape, as well as kitchen. the front area, the original motorhome interior has been replaced by a futon and a chair in it. it does have the bunk hanging.
I looked at the fuel lines, that I could see. and they looked OK. He drives it all over, and he has seen fuel leak when it is full-full. I would guess maybe a crack in a vent line or something. the ones going to the fuel switch did not feel brittle.
exhaust looks to be recent too. he also has a new starting battery/coach battery in it.
