What a day today i was going to finish reassembeling the bottom of my motor. Pulled out the new oil pump pulled out the press in screen wrong screen. Parts store sent me a melling 22FS I needed the FS1.With the day i was having doing the oil pan front drain plug was out of the question So i decided to start getting the front clip ready to pull. Of coarse every bolt i touched was rusted and took 3 times longer to remove. Dodging short rain showers i managed to get the Grill, front dam, bumpers. bumper fillers, pass side inner fender.wheel skirts and one side of the headers battery tray. Not much but when i jacket the front end up my drivers side air bag blew no reason just blew i guess now on top of everything else i gotta do the airbag conversion. The frame was rusted more than i thought i was originally going to wait untill next year to do the swap but now im glad im doing it now rustout on both sides and really bad on pass side under the upper A frame holes about the size of a silver dollar. Im afraid it could have collapsed at any time. It didnt look that bad at first but i guess when it gets to a certain point it just accelerates. Some days I guess its better not to play with our toys if all we are going to do is break them.

Ex Avion now looking for a 23' Jeep Wrangler Towd
