So today I made my Harbor Freight run, and put together a tool box for my GMC. The only bad things. 1) the tool box won't fit anywhere but under the bed, it's too big to slide into the "outside" tool bin, and 2) the credit card bill will have to be paid. Ouch.

In the process of sorting out and storing my tools, I came across these things, stored in with the jack in the tool bin. I have no clue what they're for... any guesses?
