Good Morning
Well, my severe oil leak is GONE !
Put on 400 miles this past weekend and not one drop of oil under the coach,
after the last trip the entire underside from the trans back was wet with oil.
Turned out to be the trans vent, I think I would be the only person that could
install the vent fitting, add a hose and run the hose to the underside of the
coach and create by accident a PERFECT venturi system. All I did as put a
prescription pill bottle over the end of the hose, drilled a 1/2" hole in the
cap, stuck in the hose, done. Literally not one drop of oil in the bottle
either. I did check all fluid levels before leaving and did add 1 qt of trans
oil so all fluids were at correct levels.
Thanks for all of the help guys and I apologize if I sent any innocent
bystanders on fire drills like Jim K.
