Just finished my 77 coca cola today, the whole thing front, back and sides.
Best method for me was a pinstripe eraser available from auto paint
suppliers (get a pack of 6 you’ll need them) and about 2 days time. I made
holes/slots in the stripes with the eraser, then brush coated with
oops/goo-gone for about a 5-10 minute soak and finally used a ˝ inch drill
(900 rpm) with the eraser. You can run the erasers as fast as 4,000 rpm so
it may take less time but you’ll use more product. Forget the heat gun and
plastic scraper on old stripes.
