Other than testing to make sure it works as it should, it is brand new. There is absolutely nothing wrong with it. It has some cosmetic blemishes but that is it. The original vendor could not sell it because of the "imprefections" and the company does not sell "salvaged" items.
I would have bought it myself except I've got two drill presses in my shop now.
If you're interested in it, PM me and you won't have to go through the bidding process on Ebay.
I have personally seen it, used it and it works great.
It is located in Central Texas if you're interested. I would be agreeable to deliver it within a 100 mile radius of Austin, TX if lunch is provided, preferably BBQ.
