Started a new thread, hope no one minds...

Not sure I understand the issue with rarity of CNG filling stations. Don't both CNG & LPG conversions allow running off gasoline at the flip of a switch?

Second question, with the safety issue of CNG tanks running v. hi pressures, plus the inconvenience of only a few filling stations and/or high cost of a home refill station, doesn't LPG give you almost all the benefits of CNG and have filling stations everywhere and safety is not as much of an issue, at least as far as the hi pressure?

Bottom line, what's the advantage of CNG over LPG?
