Netters

It has been about almost 10 years since I made up a website, and AT&T has
changed the rules since then . The site is accessible, but I cannot make
any changes to:

Is there a similar and FREE location where I can place Oscar's website?

Since it does contain GMC content, and I have made many changes since then
that I would like to post, I thought I'd ask..
