Heading down to FLA to pick up my newly acquired GMC II 26. That means I need to sell my 23 just purchased in March. Solid coach that had been sitting for a while, flew up, a bit of gas in the tank and air in the tires, and drove it 8 hours over mountain passes, thru snow squalls, and 40 mph headwinds. The coach never flinched.

The interior was professionally customized from 15-20 years ago from a Birchaven , and well maintained. Some wear on the dinette cushions, but couch and cockpit seats are leather, very nice, out of a private aircraft, and one of the nicest 23 layouts I have ever seen.

Coach needs tires, has out of date 16.5s. Sat long enough that most rubber is suspicious, and no idea from receipts when the last front end service was. Onan board looks ancient and does not work, but I was told the 4K gen runs good. There is a receipt for a new starter from just a few years ago, and under 200 hours on the clock. As far as I know everything else works fine.

Would like to get 8K for it, open to offers. Thanks for looking, I can send pics on request.
