the city is redoing the streets and sewers. I am thinking that now may be a good time to put a dump in.
I'd like to put it close to the street so I can access it easy.
the driveway is kinda far from the sewer line.

this way I could just pull up to the curb, yes, I'd be on the wrong side of the street...and dump away.

Is this a bad idea?
Is there a recommended access cover/fitting?

Remember this is minnesota, I need to deal with 3 feet of frost depth.

thanks
Keith
