I wanted to download an update to my Macs operating system.
I was tethered to my iPhone and it told me that the 1.34 GB update would take approx. 2 hours.
I knew there was a McDonalds about 3 miles from my house in Colorado so I thought of Gene Fisher and headed over to McDonalds
HOWEVER, Gene didn't tell us that their WiFi connection isn't exactly high speed. I would call it low speed or no speed.
I signed on and it told me it would take 9 hours for the download. Not wanting to have lunch AND dinner at McDonalds I went back home and downloaded it from my iPhone.
