For Sale

1 160202 Alcoa

1 Samson LT225 75 16 used date code 1108 10/32 thread

110 for both

NOT MOUNTED

I bought 2 used Alcoas. When I installed them I noticed that they are not tight on the hub. I called Alcoa and they stated that these are the same as the 160231 and 160232 just an older model. On closer inspection it looked like the previous owner used some type of lathe to make the hub holes larger. I had 2 9/16 18tpi cone lug nuts that I used to center the non hub centered Eagles. I installed the Alcoas ( without tires ) using the cone nuts to center the wheel then installed the other 6 Alcoa nuts just snug. Then I replaced the 2 cone nuts with Alcoa nuts and torqued all 8 Alcoa nuts. These were less the .015 lateral and radial. This is as good as I have seen. I am using 1 of these as my spare.
