Hi Dwayne,
The gas station Attendant yelled because in Oregon you cannot pump your own fuel, a sub 100 IQ person has to do that for you. The station owner gets fined if they allow owners to do it themselves. That is how one creates "private sector jobs" in the People's Republic of Oregon......

THe same goes for Oregon State. I got out one time and started to fill.
The guy comes flying over yelling a bunch of things. He was mad, real mad.
He
said if he caught me trying that again he would phone the cops.
