Today I was at HD and inquired about this generator. I haven't seen them sell it in the store. But my HD had one for several weeks "reconditioned" in the discount section. $449 I told them I'd take it for another 10% off, and after a huge amt of talking to different people the store manager agreed on discount. So I paid about $440 with taxes.
I've tried to do a lot of research on this on google. But most forums people give thoughts on things they have never used. This is a new generator came out this year. I've seen very little real user info. It comes with 90day return and a 3 year warranty. Bummer is it didn't come with a owners manual. But I'll try to get one.
Anyone actually use one?? I'm planning on taking out my Onan (its fairly new 2001 Genset 4kw) but going mostly solar (got my 45 amp MPPT controller today  , and use this generator as a rare backup.
