Hello,
I recently purchased a rear view camera system.
Trying to decide if the monitor replaces the OEM rear view mirror, or keep that and mount monitor on dash.
Also thinking about camera theft !!!!.
With a ladder on the back, it is very easy to get up there and simply unscrew the camera from the mounting plate......
So on that angle, the idea is to make a metal cover, that surrounds the camera, making it impossible to remove, unless you cut the metal cover off totally, to get to the camera screws...
I know some of you guys have rear cameras.
Your experiences please, to help me decide, if i keep the rearview mirror or not.
