For those who want to roll their own designs, using 3d Cad software. Tinkercad is a interesting free method to produce formatted files to drive your cnc machine(or, your neighbors). Would be an interesting way to produce very accurate cabinets and mounts for use within the GMC.
Also, to get the designs produced, there is a web site "www.100kGarages.com" that has an interactive map of the U.S., showing small businesses that will reproduce your designs, in the material of your choice. Since a ShopBot costs around $10K, this maybe an economical method of developing your ideas.
