I'm trying to help a friend retrieve his family's GMC. It does not run. It will need to be towed. I'm in North Carolina and the GMC is on Vancouver Island where I live. I offered the use of my place to park it until next spring when he can come from Ottawa Ontario and make arrangements to take it home.The question is...I have read several items on the towing of the GMC but I can not find anything. I saw pictures where blocks of wood were used to protect the bumper, etc.
Where can I find this information so I can forward it to him?
