My beloved Palm Beach is undoubtedly the best coach out there in the affordable price range. I'll let you re-upholster with leather and do a nice graphic paint job. I've done everything else. I never intended to sell this puppy and restored it as a keeper. Everything has been done right. Every bolt or screw I turned was replaced with stainless steel and the bolts lubed with anti-seize. I lived in it for nearly a year so absolutely everything had to function properly. I am the second loving owner. There is not a better coach for the money. Below I've pasted a detailed description of most everything I've done but there is even more.

This 1976 GMC Palm Beach was purchased from the original owner two years ago. It has always been well maintained and I have repaired, replaced, upgraded and added everything from end to end. The coach has new bumpers, upgraded wipers, Doug Thorley headers, new sensitized brake booster, seven brand new tires and Eagle aluminum wheels, two brand new ZipDee awnings and matching windshield covers and new inside windshield privacy shades, upgraded from original, Ragusa aluminum step and polished aluminum mirror brackets, new upgraded taillights, All new venetian blinds and retainers on all windows, new stereo with CD/MP3 player, new stainless hot water tank and thermostat, new porcelain toilet, new upgraded heater, new microwave oven with browning element, new three burner stove top, original roof air blows cold, second new AC unit in the rear is only a few months old. A Fantstic fan in the front replaces the original, all interior professionally redone in white paneling, original wood cabinets in excellent condition, new auto-closing kitchen vent, huge roof pod, macerator. 6 KW Onan generator with only 341 hours, runs perfect. Original front furniture removed and new simulated bamboo floor installed. Furnish it your way. Astrovan bucket seats and three point belts, newer 15" GM steering wheel. Permanent full bed and storage in the rear. Absolutely everything works like new or better except the driver compartment A/C that only needs charging, and the cruise control.

The coach has been professionally re-sealed and does not leak. This is one of a handful of old GMC's that is dry as a bone in the rain. What has not been rebuilt or replaced has been removed, cleaned and repainted. Much, much more than what is listed. All receipts. This was built to be a keeper. The old paint shines and looks great for its age with only a few minor blemishes. The entire front suspension has been rebuilt, brand new brakes and wheel bearings, newer Caspro shocks, upgraded air suspension that does not leak. 140K miles on the coach. The engine was rebuilt at one point by the original owner, has fresh heads and does not leak oil. I use Mobil 1 synthetic oil. The transmission has also been rebuilt and operates flawlessly. Brand new (not modified) sensitive brake booster stops the coach much easier. This coach gets 10.5 mpg driven at 55mph. Always well maintained, this above average coach is fun to drive, easy to maintain and will serve well for years to come.

Asking $15,000, reduced from 24K.
