Tom ,
There is a fellow on Utube that sprayed some WD40 in a Large Tire ,then
applied a Flame and it seated rather quickly.

I hand mounted all six wheels in my garage with good tire irons. Took about
20 minutes a tire. The real trick is filling the tire with are to get it to
seat.properly. I used a good 2" cargo strap around the circumference of
the tire and removed the valve core from the Schrader valve.
