Do it before Jan 1.
The headline of today's newspaper says Illinois is going to almost double the tolls at the first of the year.
Because they are so far is debt over there they can not borrow to at near 0% to fund additional construction and then pay off that cost with tolls over time. So they are going to charge current users double tolls to collect approximately 12 Billion for "new Construction".
Visit Illinois (who already doubled tolls for out of state people without I-Pass transponders) because it is going to double again on Jan 1.
