I recently found that one pin was missing from my Ragusa aluminum side step (12 year old step). I emailed Ragusa to see if I could buy one. I received an email back the same day letting me know that they would be happen to send me a pin free. In fact they sent me two pins free. Just thought I would let everyone know about their great customer service. Great customer service is something you don’t hear much about these day. Seems most of the time to be a thing of the past.
