Installing my reman heads. Manual says dip head bolts in oil before install. Others say coat bottom inch or so of threads with sealer. Which is correct?

Secondly, got my carb and dist back from Springfield. Wow! Nice work. I went with an electric choke since I'm blocking the manifold exhaust ports. I realize I don't know exactly how to hook up an electric choke. Is it switched? Thanks
