I've had a really nice Proto gear puller panel for about 15 years. Very heavy duty with all the attachments you would ever need to pull a gear, pulley, etc, etc. So under the coach I'm trying to set it up to use it for torsion bar adjustment. Get the porkchop very close to being able to slide the "nut" in the cross member and KERPOW!!!!. The end snaps right off the d**n main center gear puller screw. After looking through all my sources Proto does not make the main screw anymore so I am screwed so to speak.

I ordered and received one of JimK's pullers (which I should have done in the first place). This thing is a beast, very heavy duty and very safe looking I might say. I don't know what the torque is on one one of our torsion bars bars but best not to dick around with the wrong tool or a makeshift tool like I did. I should have known better.

Thanks
