Every now & then, there's been some chatter on here about fuel usage with the Onan running to power both of the roof A/C's versus running with the dash A/C on.

Unless my math is wrong, which, of course, it never is (???), it seems to me that running with the Onan going uses a little less fuel then using the dash A/C - Not to mention the increased power without the drag on the coach engine and the more even interior cooling which benefits our 4 dogs while on the road.

I've tried to find some definitive stats on this on the various sites & postings but can't seem to.....which, I guess, is normal, because according to my wife, I can't find anything.

Is my math & theory wrong - anyone have any thoughts or stats on this?

Thanks,

Steve Nowak
