Same fuel. Smaller can. You can buy an adapter at most hardware stores to go from small can to larger propane tank

My coach has a quick disconnect fitting at the propane tank which I assume is for a barbeque hookup. My question is...do I need to get different gas controls for my barby or can I just hook it into the propane tank in the coach? Somewhere I seem to have read that the little Coleman tanks(gas) for barbeques and camp stoves is different than the propane used in RVs.
