Forgot to add that I removed one gutter cap on mine(awning side) and even with great care and patience managed to snap off many(16?) Of the screw heads as the steel screws had corrosion bonded themselves to the aluminum roof perimeter extrusion. After removing the cap I was able to clamp vise grips to the remaining portion of the screw and carefully wiggle twist most of the broken screws out. I ended up drilling about 8 of the ones that either broke off too close to the extrusion to get a bite with the vise grip or were so seized that the vice grip broke off the remaining nub. It was very time consuming to extract the broken screws and drill/re-thread the ones which sheared off flush. What I found under the cap was a factory looking soft adhesive sealer layer at the joint between the edge of the roof skin panel and the perimeter extrusion which also sealed the cap screws and it appeared to be well preserved. but this seam is below the roof skin rivits which are just below the
top edge of the gutter. Originally I was hoping to seal under the gutter and re-instal the gutter without a visible bead of sealant but due to the gutter screws which number around 26 and the roof skin rivets which cannot be accessed without removing the gutter and all the broken screws........ I diddnt see any payoff to remove the other gutter so I cleaned and re sealed the roof skin to perimeter joint, top sealed all of the skin rivets,installed the gutter and put a bead of sealant along the entire top edge of the gutter and around the end caps then painted the roof. The largest likely leak from the roof gutter would be at the end caps because that is where the composite front and rear main body ends meet the continuous roof skin and wall framing. I did find a large void at the front and rear which I filled. The end caps come off easily and allow access to the end joints(only two screws each cap and only one of them is a machine thread). Even if you are leaking in that l
ocation I think it unlikely however possible that the water would make it across the ceiling and drip on your bed. I would remove the overhead cabinets from which the water drips and flow water over the roof outside and watch from the inside with an open cold beverage of your choice and some good music playing. I would suspect a cargo pod,ac unit with a clogged condensation drain or ceiling vent

I've done the blower/soap bubble leak test three times and can't seem to find a leak that finds it's way to the driver's side rear around the bath and bedroom and drips off the cabinet over my bed (not good). I have a 76 rear twin bed, side dry bath Royale. Has anyone had a leak they couldn't find and resorted to removing the gutter cap and found it? It's a long shot and a lot of work but I'm wondering if it might not be leaking in a way that no bubbles show up? I've researched the archives and only find gutter problems with 73s and 74s. Any other ideas would also be greatly appreciated.
