Can someone tell me what the problem is? After the coach has sat for
a week or more, the transmission slips. I can start out from where it
is parked, but just a few feet ahead it will be like the transmission is
in neutral. I let up on the gas and it will catch and move again. It
only does this when I first take off after setting for a week or so. I
can drive hundreds of miles and it will not do this again. Some one
told me that the torque converter was draining. How can I tell if that
is the problem? How do I stop it?? Is this a problem that I should get
fixed right away?? I always let up on the gas so it will not bang into
gear. I have driven hundreds of thousands of miles with Automatic
transmissions, never had a problem with any of them.
