Prior to our Teton-Yellowstone-Rushmore trip, Margie and I updated the kitchen. We found a 2 burner stove at CoLaws RV Salvage near Joplin (yes, it survived the tornado) that we really like (<http://rvbasics.com/rv-press-release/Dometic-Cooktops-Ovens-Sinks.html> and scroll down to the 2 burner stove). It is recessed into the counter top and with the lid down provides much needed counter top space. It has an igniter for lighting the burners. Cost was $88.00 at CoLaws. They said they were excess inventory from Winnebago.

We also put in a single sink. I routed the drain back to the back and put the trap behind the cabinet giving a lot more usable space in the cabinet below the sink (see picture on PhotoSite - link below). Also, pictured at the above link is a matching sink with a fold down lid. We didn't do that but looks interesting.

We have been frustrated by not having the pump on when needed or having it on when not needed. Cries of "Honey, can you turn the pump on?" were not unusual or crawling out of bed after being settled in to turn the pump off after it burps once during the night. I looked into switches and found they were expensive and wiring was a bit complicated. I ran across this water pump controller for about $40.00 that solves all those problems <http://intellitec.com/pdfs/MOTOR%20CTRLS_web/5300145.100.pdf>. Additionally, I picked up several momentary switches and indicator lights at Radio Shack. The install was easy. Two wires to each sw/light then a ground wire to ground each sw/light set to the nearest alum. frame member. I got my controller from RV Parts Express <https://www.rvparts.com/product-31-0000776200> for $37.52 plus shipping. You can have as many sw/light combos as you want. I have one in the bathroom, bedroom, and kitchen. I am going to run a couple of wires up to the cockpit and put a sw/light on the drivers left near the Electro Level controls.

Pictures are here: <http://www.gmcmhphotos.com/photos/showphoto.php?photo=39613&title=kitchen-upgrades&cat=5807>. The order of the pictures is not great - I struggle to understand the logic of getting photos on this site in the order I want!
