Thanks for the picture Dennis, that helps. As far as I know, the '75 coach tank
is original. I suspect the '73 is not, but don't know for sure. The weird thing
is the down tube is exactly the same on both of them, and ends far too close to
the bottom of the tank.
Guess I'll have to try to pull the toilet flange and see if I can remove the pipe and shorten it.
Going to be tough with all the rusted screws, etc, but that's nothing new.

> If you are talking about the pipe from the toilet into the black tank -- on my 73 it screws into the top of the tank and only goes in to the depth of the threaded fitting.
