superbrightleds.com has beaucoup info on the characteristics of various LED's and how ro work with them. Once on the site select "Component LED's" then click on "Click Here to see Information about Component LEDs". This site gives info about various hookups, proper resistors, and a lot of info about brightness, color, dispersion angle and special flashers need with LED turn signals.
