Rob, the hub extenders are machined pieces that resemble rings and are the
same OD as the centering flange on the GMC hub. They have a machined lip
that is the same diameter as the inner bore where the appearance cover
normally resides. I make them the same thickness as the spacer. They are
permanently attatched to the hub with flathead recessed allen head screws
drilled and tapped into the hub. There are pictures posted on the photo site

There isn't a picture of the actual spacer. I assume the spacer is about 1/2 inch thick... Kind of like eBay Item number: 110626911565

Looking at your method, it looks like you could make centering flanges of almost any size.
This could open up more options for wheels and many Dodge or Ford wheels would work... if we had a larger hub center.
Yes, I know many lug centered wheels will work without any modifications to your coach... just lugnuts that match both the wheels and studs.
