Netters

As threatening, the topic of the propane sending unit is on..
The gauge at the tank is working.
There is a little post with a nut on the bottom edge of that gauge that has
a wire connected to it that goes to the monitor panel. This gauge on the
tank also has 2 smaller Philips screws surrounding the glass portion.
I'm guessing the post on the gauge is not connected to anything and the
internal wire(s) were broken off years ago !

SO, can this portion of the gauge be taken apart without propane loss?
