Guskie Windshield wrap [message #106368]

We received the new Guskie windshield wrap, that we ordered a week or so ago. on Friday. The instructions say to install the snap bases with 1/8" pop rivets. Is that the best way to do it, or can I use screws instead? Also. some of the people I have talked to have used less than the seven snaps supplied. Which snaps have people used? Obviously the four at the backs of the A-frame windows, but it looks like the wipers will hold the front without the snaps. Any advice would be appreciated.
