In my experience with our '73 coach, you will probably not get it
to completely stop leaking unless you pull the window, disassemble it,
and thoroughly seal the four splines that hold the frame together.

I pulled one the first time, cleaned, painted, replaced all the rubber and fuzzy parts,
and sealed it to the coach with butyl tape. Didn't think about those splines though.
Once reinstalled, it leaked just as badly as before. The problem is there's a hollow channel
inside the window frame and the weep holes at the bottom of the glass drain into this channel.
Then, instead of just going out the exterior drain slots as it should, water leaks past the
splines and into the coach.

Here are some pictures that may help:

You might only have to seal the two bottom splines on the sides that face the
center of the window (where the weep holes are), but to be certain I sealed all four.
There may be some alternative approach, but I haven't found it.
